Global Senior Manager Digital Finance Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Manager Digital Finance to join our team at Vctavern. This is a unique opportunity to drive the digital transformation of our Global Business Planning & Analysis (BPA)/Digital Finance function into an advanced analytics and value-creation powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Digital Finance Strategy: Co-develop a vision and support prioritization of new AI/decision-making tools in close alignment with the BPA/Finance function of the Onco & Pharma business units.
- Lead AI/ML Product Development: Own selected AI/ML products and head their design, development, and implementation by orchestrating the right resources across data science and visualization experts.
- Connect Solutions to Operations: Connect newly designed solutions and processes with operational links and leverage operations acumen to pragmatically implement in the NVS environment.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Identify areas of inefficiencies in the application of AI/ML/digital and implement improvements towards a highly efficient, 'industrialized' approach in planning and forecasting.
- Liaise with Digital Initiatives: Liaise with other digital/AI initiatives (e.g. commercial, other Novartis units), identify potential overlaps/synergies, and co-create a holistic digitalization roadmap.
- Define Data Requirements: Work closely with the broader Digital Finance team to define data requirements for next generation AI tools to further improve decision-making and efficiencies.
- Identify Industry Benchmarks: Identify proactively industry benchmarks that trigger/spark change initiatives. Propose innovative approaches to operations and own their realization from presentation to top management to execution and delivery of results.
We are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in a multinational company, consulting or advisory in areas relevant to the position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital finance, AI/ML, and data analytics.
