About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital finance transformation efforts. As a Global Senior Manager Digital Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our finance function, leveraging advanced analytics and AI/ML to unlock new business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital finance strategy, aligning with our business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI/ML-powered solutions for financial forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and implement improvements, driving a highly efficient and industrialized approach to planning and forecasting.
  • Liaise with other digital initiatives to identify potential overlaps and synergies, and co-create a holistic digitalization roadmap.
  • Work closely with the broader Digital Finance team to define data requirements for next-generation AI tools, driving decision-making and efficiencies.
  • Identify industry benchmarks that trigger change initiatives and propose innovative approaches to operations, owning their realization from presentation to top management to execution and delivery of results.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in a multinational company, consulting, or advisory in areas relevant to the position.
  • English fluent, Spanish preferably.
  • Have a degree in Finance, Economics, or similar, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance processes, especially planning and forecasting, performance management, management reporting.
  • Ideally country and/or regional experience within the Novartis commercial BPA function.
  • Strong analytical skills, applicable to financial analyses and process, governance, and organizational design.
  • Strong project management skills; project management certification (PMP, etc.) is an asset.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills applied in complex environments.
  • Innovative, digital, and agile mindset.
