Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider in Europe, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Finance Transformation Migration Lead. As a healthcare company at the forefront of diagnostics, Unilabs is dedicated to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic services to patients, physicians, and hospitals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to the growth and success of Unilabs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial migration initiatives within the organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of financial systems, processes, and tools across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Global Finance Transformation Migration Project
    • Develop and implement detailed migration plans and strategies, considering potential risks and challenges
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements
    • Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
    • Provide regular status updates and ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project
  • Ensure Successful Project Delivery
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying issues or bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions
    • Develop and execute project plans, manage risks, and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing complex finance transformation projects, preferably on a global scale
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, systems, and tools
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage risks, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, ideally within a hospital or healthcare provider setting
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
