About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and change within our clients' finance functions.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise top clients on their finance transformation and talent strategy, designing innovative employee experiences and reconfiguring their operations to support digital transition journeys.

You will work closely with clients to research, ideate, and implement disruptive ideas, leveraging IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.

This is an intellectually challenging, results-oriented, client-facing role that requires active contribution, innovation, and leadership.
