Job Description

As a Transformation Consultant at BSC Assessors Legals I Tributaris, S.L., you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through the implementation of innovative solutions. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Design and implement digital transformation projects to enhance business processes and improve customer experience.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as business process improvement, IT project management, or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
