Executive Director, Digital Transformation Procurement Lead

Job Summary
Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Digital Transformation Procurement to lead the deployment and adoption of our procurement digital platforms globally. As a key member of the Group Procurement Organisation, you will be responsible for defining a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy, aligning with local leaders' vision and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with local market context and challenges.
- Supervise the local transformation of our procurement organizations, managing a global team of digital managers.
- Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide first-level support to customers and suppliers, setting up and improving the Procurement customer service team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle a budget of typically 1M€.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manager role, with a strong background in digital transformation and procurement.
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
