Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our relationship with Business and Functional Units and own our Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital Transformation Services (DTS).
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Definition and Digitalization Automation Pipeline Arbitration: Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Execution/Transformation Management: Establish vision, strategy, tactics, and capabilities for digital transformation, working as a catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through implementation of transformational initiatives.
- Account Management/Business Relationship: Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Value Realization/Success Management: Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives.
- People Management and Leadership Influence: Lead international teams and develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Capabilities and Transversal Services: Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Over 15 years of experience in corporate-wide Business Transformation, in Amadeus or other industries/companies.
- Strong track record in digitalization evolving Business/Functional Units operating model (process, people, data, systems) on a global scale, and leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.
- Experience in implementing and/or transforming Marketing, Commercial, Delivery, and Back-office (Finance, Human Resources...) processes and systems.
- Strong industry and/or business acumen, including process, data, and technical points of view.
- Strategy consulting background, PL, or Marketing/Commercial responsibilities is a plus.
- Significant work experience in highly decentralized organizations with strong business units.
- Strong experience in business case elaboration and value realization.
- Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions consolidating all points of view among stakeholders.
