**Job Summary**
The Director of Global Business Transformation at Reconocida Empresa is a key member of our Business Excellence Leadership team, responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. As a seasoned leader, you will be instrumental in creating value for our stakeholders through process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across all regions, utilizing proven techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management Systems.
- Lead the Digital Transformation Journey across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, collaborating with technology upgrades.
- Develop and implement a Client Automation Strategy with our product team to enhance client experience globally.
- Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for driving process excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to financial quarterly business review on savings achieved via Digital transformation, monitoring and tracking progress with finance partners.
- Execute the GV Service Excellence/BPI/Digitization strategy within regions through cross-functional teams, focusing on standardization, automation, and alignment.
- Ensure Service and Implementation managers are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and committed to process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor business performance/operating results against plans and objectives, taking corrective action through Service Excellence/BPI initiatives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with operational leadership and workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive the adoption of new and existing Service initiatives with ESI Service business leaders and associates.
- Provide effective coaching/mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitization.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
