Transformation Director Role
Amplifon seeks a seasoned Transformation Director to spearhead strategic, operational, and digital transformations across its Spanish operations.
As the Transformation Director, you will be part of the Spanish Leadership Team and report directly to the Spain GM. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs.
Amplifon Iberica S.A.U acquired GAES in 2019 with over 700 shops across the country. The main office is in Barcelona, and the company operates with 2000+ dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on transformation, change management, or strategic consulting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams through change.
- Mobile and open to travel.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Bilingual: proficiency in English and preferably Spanish is required.
