Join our team as a Global Senior Manager Digital Finance to drive the digital transformation of our Global Business Planning & Analysis (BPA)/Digital Finance function. You will shape our future finance/BPA organization and the way we support our business using AI, ML & digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop vision and support prioritization of new AI/decision-making tools in close alignment with the BPA/Finance function of the Onco & Pharma business units.
  • Own selected AI/ML products and head their design, development, and implementation by orchestrating the right resources across data science and visualization experts.
  • Ensure successful roll-out and adoption across IM.
  • Identify areas of inefficiencies in the application of AI/ML/digital and implement improvements towards a highly efficient, "industrialized" approach in planning and forecasting.
  • Liaise with other digital/AI initiatives and identify potential overlaps/synergies.
  • Work closely with the broader Digital Finance team to define data requirements for next generation AI tools.
  • Identify proactively industry benchmarks that trigger/spark change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a multinational company, consulting or advisory in areas relevant to the position.
  • English fluent, Spanish preferably.
  • Have a degree in Finance, Economics (or similar), MBA or equivalent preferred.
