Key Responsibilities- Develop user-friendly financial tools (web and mobile apps) for Novartis' global workforce, empowering teams with real-time insights for smarter, faster decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to ensure product success by gathering and aligning business requirements with IT.
- Establish robust business practices for the testing phase, ensuring efficiency and excellence in product enhancements.
- Create comprehensive user training materials to ensure successful adoption of our digital solutions.
- Promote and drive the adoption of our digital solutions across the business.
- Own and monitor the product's adoption and stability KPIs.
- 5+ years of product management experience, successfully launching and scaling digital products in Finance or a similar domain.
- Ability to work with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop detailed product plans and understand technical details.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills with developers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders.
- Capability to align product vision with business strategy and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
