Senior Product Manager, Digital Finance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Digital Finance to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our Digital Finance team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Shape the Product Vision: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business strategy and market trends to inform the development of our digital finance products.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business analysis, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the development and testing of our digital finance products, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet the needs of our users.
- Drive Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of our digital finance products across the organization.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital finance products and identify areas for improvement.
- 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital finance or a related field.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented decision making.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business strategy and market trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform product development.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.
- Experience with Cross-Platform Solutions: Experience with cross-platform solutions, such as PWA or Flutter.
- Understanding of Machine Learning Technology: Understanding of machine learning technology and its applications in finance.
