We are currently seeking a German-speaking Customer Support and Sales Specialist to engage with exciting projects involving renowned brands across various sectors, including technology, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.

Your Role

As a Customer Support and Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound communications (calls, emails, chats) related to customer post-sales inquiries.
  • Providing prompt and effective responses to incoming requests.
  • Making outbound calls as needed to resolve customer issues and liaise with internal departments.
  • Generating quotes and pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities with a proactive service mindset.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and post-sales processes.
  • Overseeing customer post-sales tasks, including order cancellations, claims management, order tracking, refund requests, and escalations, utilizing various tools such as CRM systems.
Qualifications

We Are Looking For Candidates Who:

  • Are native or proficient in German and possess an advanced level of English.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities.
  • Have familiarity with sales techniques (e.g., upselling, objection handling).
  • Are customer-focused and motivated to excel in sales, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Possess IT knowledge and a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Have at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in IT products and applications.
  • Have the ability to actively listen to customer needs.
  • Can effectively qualify customer inquiries to ensure a thorough understanding of their requirements.
