Job Title: M&A Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Senior Analyst to join our Strategy team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategic direction across different markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of our strategic direction, including market research and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, summarise insights, and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Perform complex financial modeling to evaluate and advise on potential investments.
  • Contribute to the M&A lifecycle, from sourcing to valuation and due diligence.
  • Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives through KPI tracking.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, and/or strategy consulting, with a focus on M&A and financial analysis.
  • Experience with valuation of acquisitions according to IFRS3.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modeling and analysis.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and industry trends.
  • Interest in Fintech in Emerging Markets is a plus.
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
