Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities that can lead to mandates from clients in the regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities that can lead to mandates from clients in the regulated sectors.
  • Analyze, study, and prepare proposals for presenting operations to the Corporate Finance Committee.
  • Model and value companies/ assets using traditional valuation methodologies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams, including auditors, lawyers, and other financial advisors, in due diligence processes.
  • Prepare documentation for investment committees or boards of directors to approve M&A operations.
Requirements
  • Superior degree in ADE, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience and expertise in modeling (Excel) and company valuation using different valuation methodologies, including DCF and DDM.
  • 8-10 years of experience in financial advisory services for M&A, IPOs, and similar operations.
  • High level of English proficiency (all documentation is prepared in English).
