About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a dynamic role in our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis of target companies, including valuation and preparation of business plans. You will also lead and oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, coordinating with external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis of target companies, including valuation and business planning
  • Lead and oversee the due diligence process for potential acquisition targets
  • Coordinate with external advisors to ensure a smooth due diligence process
  • Review legal transaction documents and prepare deal-related documentation
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential targets
  • Evaluate the potential upsides and downsides of integrating acquired companies into our existing business operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and external advisors

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in M&A and/or Transaction Services at a top-tier investment bank or Big Four
  • Completed Bachelor's degree; Master or MBA highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and capacity to direct, produce, and communicate business and financial analyses at an executive level
  • Self-starter who can take on significant responsibility and drive problem-solving and process change independently
  • Great communication skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to understand unique challenges of physicians, external advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial statement modeling with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Team player with an exceptional work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near-native level) and English skills
