About the Role:
This position requires relocation to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The company engages in oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, and sale. It operates through Upstream, Downstream, and Corporate segments. The Upstream segment includes crude oil, natural gas, and liquids exploration and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and marketing of crude oil and petrochemical products. The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources, finance, and information technology.

Job Summary:
This company is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join the Merger & Acquisition Department. The Merger & Acquisition Department is responsible for executing M&A transactions. As a Business Development Analyst, your primary role will be to support the screening, planning, analyzing, developing new business ventures, and executing mergers and acquisitions. You will evaluate transaction proposals and manage the execution of such projects, including involvement in valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and structuring of transactions leading to final deal signing and closing.

Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence on target companies. Perform valuation of target companies based on different methods. Independently handle business proposals, draft the Non-Binding Offer, develop a negotiation strategy, and commercial terms for the transaction. Negotiate and develop definitive agreements. Validate activities to progress proposals through stage gates. Manage all aspects of transaction execution including management of the overall project. Manage overall stakeholder management including working with internal organizations, consultants, and potential partners.
