Los "Musketeers" siempre han sido los principales contribuyentes de volumen, generadores de pruebas y chispa para crear espíritus afines en el entorno de On Premise.

Como la cara de la marca y el consultor indispensable para su territorio On Premise, son responsables de impulsar tanto la distribución actual como futura y las ventas de nuestro portafolio de productos en cuentas clave (Catering, QSR, Comedor Casual, Hoteles y Casinos) y el potencial universo diurno.

Los Musketeers planifican, desarrollan y ejecutan medidas para intensificar el consumo en los locales On Premise existentes e identificar oportunidades.

Descripción del empleo

EMBAJADOR DE RED BULL:

  • Establecer y cultivar relaciones con socios comerciales (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, propietarios/gerentes de locales, gerentes de F&B, personal de bar, socios de distribución, etc.)
  • Fomentar la afinidad y comprensión de la marca y productos de Red Bull dentro de su red.
  • Brindar excelencia con la imagen de marca premium de Red Bull en todas las actividades y ejecuciones.

CONSTRUCTOR DE ALIANZAS:

  • Establecer y cultivar relaciones con influenciadores clave, actores de la industria y socios comerciales, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, propietarios/gerentes de locales, compradores, gerentes de alimentos y bebidas (F&B), personal de bar y socios de distribución.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos y partes interesadas externas como tomadores de decisiones e influenciadores dentro de cuentas clave, socios de distribución, mayoristas y la industria de bebidas, para aprovechar el éxito empresarial.
  • Construir su reputación personal dentro de la escena local, basada en su amplio conocimiento de la industria gastronómica.

EMPRENDEDOR DEL TERRITORIO:

  • Dominar el universo On Premise (Horeca) manteniéndose a la vanguardia del conocimiento de la industria, tendencias y nuevas oportunidades (cuentas, ocasiones, consumidores).
  • Gestionar recursos internos y externos (materiales, herramientas, presupuesto) para impulsar la eficiencia y efectividad.

CONSULTOR DE NEGOCIOS:

  • Negociar acuerdos de asociación que generen valor tanto para el negocio de Red Bull como para el negocio del cliente.
  • Impulsar y expandir el negocio identificando las ocasiones de ventas y marketing adecuadas en las que Red Bull debería estar presente (marca, producto).
  • Visitas diurnas y nocturnas.
  • Transferir visitas con nuestros distribuidores.
Requisitos
  • Vendedor experimentado, en negociación y gestión de presupuestos. Sería ideal contar con experiencia previa en gestión de cuentas clave.
  • Bien conectado. Experiencia previa en las industrias de hostelería y/o FMCG, junto con una red establecida.
  • Espíritu emprendedor. Es auto-motivado y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno de campo dinámico y acelerado.
  • Camaleón social. Capaz de ponerse en el lugar de los demás y entender instintivamente qué los motiva. Esta conciencia le permite adaptar su comunicación, presentación y estilo profesional según las necesidades específicas de su audiencia y escena.
  • Comunicador talentoso. Sus excelentes habilidades de escritura, verbal y presentación, respaldadas por competencia en MS Office (particularmente Excel y PowerPoint) son herramientas esenciales para vender y negociar.
  • Título universitario en BA, Marketing o similar es valioso.
  • Fluidez en español escrito y hablado. Idealmente fluidez en inglés escrito y hablado.
