Role Overview
The position of a Musketeer is pivotal in driving brand presence and sales within the hospitality sector. As a key representative of Red Bull, you will engage with various establishments to enhance brand visibility and foster strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including outlet managers, F&B managers, and distribution partners.
- Promote a deep understanding of the Red Bull brand and its offerings, ensuring that all interactions reflect the premium nature of our products.
- Collaborate with industry influencers and decision-makers to maximize business opportunities and drive brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the On-Premise sector to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize internal and external resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency and impact.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that enhance both Red Bull's market position and the success of our partners.
- Conduct regular visits to both daytime and evening venues to strengthen relationships and drive sales initiatives.
- Bring a wealth of experience in sales, negotiation, and account management, ideally within the hospitality or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrate a strong network within the industry, leveraging connections to foster business growth.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with diverse audiences, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by proficiency in MS Office tools.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential, with proficiency in English being a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
