About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise staff in carrying out work schedules and spot checking to verify quality and employee performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate sub-meter, chemical treatment, and engine room logs.
- Ensure that all meter readings on heat, light, and power are taken on a daily basis and reviewed for consumption.
- Assist in compiling a monthly consumption report on heat, light, and power to include electricity, gas, steam, and water.
- Ensure effective communication and good relations between the maintenance department and other departments in the Residence Club.
- Support the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.
- Assist with any task related to the department, or assigned by the Assistant Director of Engineering and/or the Director of Engineering.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in supervising staff and managing facilities. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
