Injection Tooling Manager EMEA

Aliaxis is seeking a highly skilled Injection Tooling Manager to lead our EMEA Engineering team. This pivotal role involves the management and coordination of mould engineering and design processes across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop common technical standards for mould design and injection moulding as a process
- Lead and develop mould design centres of excellence across the EMEA region
- Work with procurement to develop strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Develop processes that integrate new product development with product introduction
- Develop competences of the mould engineering teams
- Ensure that local mould engineering activities and processes are integrated with local engineering processes
