Role Overview

Aliaxis is seeking a highly skilled Injection Tooling Manager to join our EMEA Engineering team. This pivotal role involves the management and coordination of mould engineering and design processes across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement common technical standards for mould design and injection moulding processes.
  • Lead and develop mould design centres of excellence across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with procurement to establish strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  • Develop processes that integrate new product development with product introduction, ensuring manufacturing cost targets are met.
  • Develop competences of mould engineering teams and ensure integration with local engineering processes.
Requirements
  • Technical background in tool design for the plastic industry.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-functional projects with varying complexity and priority.
  • Experience working in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
