Injection Tooling Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled Injection Tooling Manager to join our EMEA Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing common technical standards for mould design and injection moulding across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical standards for mould design and injection moulding
- Lead and develop mould design centres of excellence across the EMEA region
- Collaborate with procurement to establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
- Develop processes that integrate new product development with product introduction
- Develop competences of mould engineering teams
- Ensure mould engineering activities and processes are integrated with local engineering processes
- Technical background in tool design for the plastic industry
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to lead multi-functional projects
- Experience working in a complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluent in English
