About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Srg Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the supply chain function to ensure customer satisfaction through optimal management of the area and available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop a team of 4 people to achieve the company's vision and advance the company culture.
  2. Manage the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries to suppliers and customers.
  3. Develop and review capacity plans to avoid resource constraints and ensure customer service at the minimum cost.
  4. Control and optimize production plans and delivery schedules.
  5. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties such as suppliers or distributors.
  6. Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of logistics quality.
  7. Lead the team to comply with IATF procedures and understand and meet client requirements regarding logistics.
  8. Achieve the financial targets of the department related to PC&L (Production Control & Logistics).
  9. Prepare the monthly forecast and manage the associated PC&L costs efficiently.
  10. Analyze deviation from the forecast and implement corrective actions.
  11. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to freight costs and customer performance.
  12. Analyze, optimize, and supervise inventory procedures and accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
  2. Experience in a supply chain position.
  3. Expertise in Warehouse Management.
  4. Knowledge of Kanban system planning.
  5. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  6. Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  7. Strong leadership, autonomy, organizational and decision-making capabilities.
  8. Ability to negotiate and solve conflicts.
  9. Effective management of stressful situations.
  10. Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external customers and colleagues.
  11. Methodical, analytical, and disciplined approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading a team.
  2. Experience in the automotive industry.
  3. Knowledge on chrome, injection and assembly processes.
  4. Any other additional language skills.
  5. Knowledge of Power BI.
