Job Title: Injection Tooling Manager EMEA - Technical Leader
Job Summary:
Aliaxis is seeking a highly skilled Injection Tooling Manager EMEA - Technical Leader to join our EMEA Engineering team. This pivotal role involves the management and coordination of mould engineering and design processes across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement common technical standards for mould design and injection moulding processes;
- Lead and develop mould design centres of excellence across the EMEA region;
- Collaborate with procurement to establish strategic relationships with key suppliers;
- Develop processes that integrate new product development with product introduction, ensuring manufacturing cost targets are met;
- Develop competences of mould engineering teams;
- Responsible for mould engineering teams in local units, ensuring integration with local engineering processes.
Requirements:
- Technical background in tool design for the plastic industry, with education in mechanical engineering or a related field;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with experience in project management methodologies such as PMI, PMP, or Prince 2;
- Ability to lead multi-functional projects with varying complexity and priority;
- Experience working in complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environments;
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
