Meliá Hotels International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Manager to join our team at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of all departments and services.
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Implement and maintain Meliá Hotels International's procedures and policies, aligned with strategic plans.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Resident Manager or in a similar position.
- Proven ability to lead hotel operations with a strong guest focus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
- University degree in Tourism or equivalent studies in Hospitality and Tourism.
- International experience preferred.
- Functional knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
- High geographical flexibility preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
