Hotel Operations Expert
At Meliá Hotels International, we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Manager to lead our hotel operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the day-to-day activities of our hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire high-performance teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure the correct implementation of Meliá Hotels International's procedures and policies
- Monitor and analyze departmental results to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Resident Manager or in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
