Cardiac Ablation Solutions Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cardiac Ablation Solutions Technical Expert. As a key member of our sales and education team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and education to our customers and sales team in the field of electrophysiology.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute technical and education programs to support the sales team and customers in the field of electrophysiology.
- Act as a technical expert and reference for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, providing technical support to customers and troubleshooting support to the field sales force.
- Participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs, preparing study materials and conducting training sessions.
- Support the sales team during presentations to customers and collaborate with the Training & Education department to develop and implement training programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to introduce and market new products and therapies, providing clinical review and input to sales and marketing materials.
- Report all account, market, and competitive information and trends to the sales manager in a comprehensive and timely manner.
- Carry out all administrative duties and reports in a timely and diligent manner, including inventory reports and stock movement forms.
- University degree in Life-Science or Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operation room environment.
- Experience in 3D Navigation & Mapping.
- Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
- Fluent English.
- Availability and willingness to travel.
- Clean driving license.
- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
