About the Role

About the Team

Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is where Medtronic's journey began. We design, produce, sell, and service implants and technologies for cardiac rhythm disorders and heart failure. Our product pipeline is constantly evolving to optimally serve doctors and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to physicians in the operating room during Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator implants and Electrophysiology procedures.
  • Advise referring physicians on company products, therapies, and services to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers.
  • Educate referring physicians on clinical evidence of defined therapies to demonstrate improved patient outcomes.
  • Carry out all administrative duties and reports.
Requirements
  • University degree in Health sciences (biomedical engineering, electrical, IT, natural sciences, or other relevant degree).
  • At least 2 years of experience minimum is required but it's not a limitation.
  • Willingness to work with physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Communication skills and motivation to build strong business relationships with customers.
  • Clean driving license; willingness to travel intensively.
  • Teamwork, proactivity, and focus on delivering results.
