As a Cardiac Patient Management Solutions Consultant at Medtronic, you will engage daily with the field through innovative digital health solutions, delivering cardiac patient management services within the CRM division.
The Patient Management team is dedicated to creating a responsive ecosystem comprised of software for implantable cardiac devices, remote monitoring systems, and comprehensive patient management services. This approach empowers healthcare professionals and patients with actionable insights, enhancing the standard of care throughout the patient journey with implantable cardiac devices.
You will collaborate closely with the local CRM Field organization, connecting with IT stakeholders in healthcare facilities to align on the implementation, connectivity, deployment, and training regarding the Patient Management Solutions portfolio.
You will execute local business strategies coordinated by Patient Management in conjunction with the CRM Operating Unit and the SHQ Tolochenaz organization, aiming for comprehensive deployment of the SmartSync Solution across healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities Include
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with the local Country CRM Field Team and EMEA stakeholders.
• Overseeing the implementation of hardware, software, and connectivity solutions at client sites, addressing technical challenges, and formulating implementation plans with the CRM Field team.
• Assisting IT stakeholders with technical inquiries and testing connectivity in healthcare environments, including Wi-Fi and data sharing.
• Validating the SmartSync Device Manager solution and implementing printing functionalities.
• Providing technical training to customers, both in-person and remotely.
• Supporting go-live initiatives, ensuring project plans and KPIs are updated, and coordinating ordering and contracting processes with the local CRM Field Team.
• Collaborating with SHQ and the Country CRM Field Team to drive account project plans and ensure the target pipeline is effectively managed.
• Building relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and assisting the local Field Team in identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinating internally to guarantee smooth deployment and ongoing support handover to Technical Services, ensuring that business outcomes are met for both the customer and Medtronic.
• Managing existing clients throughout the implementation process to ensure satisfaction and full system usability.
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT consultancy, implementation, or support roles, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in training both technical and non-technical customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Client-focused with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Capacity to develop and maintain business relationships with diverse stakeholder groups within key customer organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in delivering or supporting IT infrastructure in healthcare settings.
• Project management skills.
• Background as an IT consultant or in pre-sales roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and service support platforms.
