At Medtronic, we're committed to advancing healthcare access and equity for all. As a Technical Consultant in Cardiac Ablation Solutions, you'll play a vital role in championing innovation and breaking down barriers to improve patient care and outcomes.

A Day in the Life

You'll bring your technical and clinical expertise to our team, training, educating, and inspiring our sales team and customers across Spain to advance patient care and outcomes with Medtronic products and therapies. Your contributions will help achieve the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) targets and objectives in the field of electrophysiology.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute technical and education programs, prioritizing initiatives with review and input from the Sales Manager and other functional groups.
  • Act as the technical expert and reference for the CA solutions team, providing technical support to customers and becoming an expert in our portfolio of products.
  • Provide technical support to procedures, troubleshoot issues for the field sales force and customers, and participate in the development of employee and customer training/education programs.
  • Prepare study materials, plan, organize, and conduct training for customers (physicians, technicians, nurses, and administration) in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training & Education department.
  • Support Sales force during presentations to customers and collaborate in the AOP consecution through technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customers.
  • Report all account, market, and competitive information and trends, as well as product-related events and customer complaints, in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.
  • Carry out all administrative duties and necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, including inventory reports and stock movement forms.
Requirements
  • University degree in Life-Science or Engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operation room environment.
  • Experience in 3D Navigation & Mapping.
  • Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability and willingness to travel.
  • Clean driving license.
