Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing innovative therapies for patients with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop short and mid-term business tactics to drive Cardiac Pacing Therapies growth, with a special focus on Micra and His Bundle Pacing therapies.
- Collaborate with the Training and Education department to plan and execute training activities for new implanters, ensuring safe and effective use of new therapies.
- Develop and execute tailored commercial activities to achieve sustainable revenue success, with a focus on training programs and increasing penetration of innovative therapies.
- Build and maintain relationships with national and local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant medical societies.
- Lead and follow-up on authorization processes for account activation for Micra, and collaborate with the Events and Marketing departments as needed.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to drive national and local initiatives, and provide insights to the organization on market trends and forecasting.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in complex situations.
- Experience or ability to learn technical and clinical details of pacing therapies, specifically Micra and His Bundle Pacing.
- Good speaker/trainer aptitudes and ability to manage projects and meetings involving different stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to deliver business results through the development of actions focused on new patient access to therapy.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals to create data to support the benefits of therapy and help them deliver these data to their peers.
