About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Arrow Electronics, you will play a crucial role in recommending technical solutions that enable enterprise IT integrators to grow their footprint in the new compliance and tax landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical subject matter expert internally and externally to channel partners and end-users.
- Provide technical enablement sessions to channel partners.
- Support technically inside sales and field sales in project scoping and quoting process.
- Continuously update distribution partners on technical evolutions of the solution.
- Develop the partner network.
Requirements:
- Related experience as a technical subject matter expert in IT solutions.
- ERP or invoicing systems knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of technical solutions and being able to translate technicalities for everyone to understand.
- Fluency in Spanish and good business English.
