Technical Consultant Role

The Technical Consultant is a key technical resource for our customers, providing expert advice on NCR products and services. This role involves collecting user requirements, analyzing functional specifications, creating technical documentation, and conducting testing activities.

This position combines the responsibilities of a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Quality Assurance (QA), Advanced Support, and Business Analyst (BA) for various NCR products, with a special focus on Self Checkout and POS solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong combination of technical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects, support business initiatives, and drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
  • Collect and analyze user requirements to inform product development
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and technical innovation
