About the Role
We are seeking a junior Global Product Technical Support Agronomist to join our Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management (GTS&KM) Department. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Global Technical Manager or a Global Technical Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use.
- Help document and manage product information in our Knowledge Management system.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information.
- Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly and work closely with various global departments to support product lifecycle implementation.
- Assist in organizing and accompanying client visits to our facilities.

Education and Experience
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
- 1+ years in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain (e.g. sales, agronomy, or product management roles).
- Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines.
- Direct hands-on field experience in using or recommending agricultural products for crop management.
- Experience in crop protection is a bonus.
Travel and Language Skills
- Occasional national and international travel and nights away.
- Possession of a Car Driver's license required.
- Competency in English, with proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or another language a bonus.
