Agronomist - Global Product Technical Support Specialist

Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable solutions for agriculture, is seeking a junior Global Product Technical Support Specialist Agronomist to join its Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management Department.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use.
- Help document and manage product information in our Knowledge Management system.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information.
- Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly and work closely with various global departments to support product lifecycle implementation.
- Assist in organizing and accompanying client visits to our facilities.
