Job Title: Agronomist Global Product Technical Support Expert

Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Agronomist Global Product Technical Support Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors in relation to our bionutrition and biocontrol crop protection commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist regional teams, sales reps, and downstream clients in effectively using our products and solutions in agronomic programs.
  • Provide technical and agronomic information and support to internal global teams to enable decision-making.
  • Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system.
  • Support content generation, such as presentations, by collaborating with global marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at the global level, including strategic marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain.
  • Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop protection, crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient and irrigation planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Direct hands-on field experience in using or recommending agricultural products for crop nutrition management or crop protection.
  • Resilience, adaptability, empathy, flexibility, proactivity, and an open-minded approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with computers and internet searches.
