Job Summary

We are seeking a junior Global Product Technical Support Specialist Agronomist to join our Global Technical Support & Knowledge Management (GTS&KM) Department. The successful candidate will report to the Global Technical Manager or a Global Technical Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors on our products.
  • Training: Assist in conducting training sessions for internal Regional teams and external clients on product characteristics and use.
  • Knowledge Management: Help document and manage product information in our Knowledge Management system.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with Global Marketing to create clear and concise product information.
  • Timely Responses: Address technical and agronomic inquiries promptly and work closely with various global departments to support product lifecycle implementation.
  • Facility Visits: Assist in organizing and accompanying client visits to our facilities.
