About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in agricultural sciences and experience in crop protection, crop management, and field agronomy. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our portfolio solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist regional teams, sales reps, and downstream clients in effectively using our products and solutions in agronomic programs.
  • Conduct training sessions to highlight product benefits and their incorporation into nutritional and crop protection agronomic programs.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and content management in the Knowledge Management system.
  • Support content generation, such as presentations, by collaborating with Global Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Address product technical and agronomic crop inquiries promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Biological Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-time position related to agricultural production or the agricultural supply chain.
  • Demonstrable experience in areas such as crop protection, crop management, field agronomy, plant physiology, soil sciences, nutrient and irrigation planning, pest control, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Direct hands-on field experience in using or recommending agricultural products for crop nutrition management or crop protection.
