Job Title: Sr. Procurement Delivery Manager - Digital & Tech Business Platforms

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Procurement Delivery Manager to join our Digital & Tech Business Platforms team at Roche. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy for our digital and tech business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies and tactical initiatives to drive procurement excellence and cost savings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate complex contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, complex procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business level fluency in English.
