Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our partner integrations, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting multiple partners and concurrent projects
  • Maintaining integrations and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to define solution design and scope
  • Driving priorities for the development team
  • Ensuring Klarna quality standards are exceeded
Responsibilities

As a key member of our Delivery/Implementation team, you will:

  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality integrations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting services as needed
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for partner integrations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of software solutioning experience or system integration experience
  • Proven track record of building solutions and driving results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems
