Order Management Specialist with Dutch Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with native-level Dutch language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets by effectively training and deploying resources through our team structure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage designated team workflow to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets
- Input and process orders and returns
- Validate orders and pricing
- Manage relevant customer details
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines
- Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Team Leader
- Support the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation
- Minimum 1 year experience in a finance organization
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Results-driven and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent communication and quality-oriented skills
- University-level education (desirable)
