Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead our global commercial development and manage long-term relationships with our large international accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial relationships with large international accounts across various markets, including Portugal, UK, Germany, France, and others.
  • Lead our international development and attend key food trade fairs, such as Anuga, SIAL, Alimentaria, Salón Gourmets, and Biofach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand our global presence.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food sector or 5 years of sales experience in another sector.
  • Experience managing large accounts and developing business strategies.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • Availability to travel to international food trade fairs (approx. 5 days/month except summer).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using a CRM.
  • Knowledge of additional languages aside from English.
  • Experience managing teams of people.
  • Previous experience starting or managing a business/project.
  • Volunteering, humanitarian aid, social aid projects experience.
