As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence at Amazon. Your day will be filled with running observations and audits to identify areas for improvement, recommending changes, and implementing new processes using your project management and stakeholder management skills.
You will be based at one of our sites and accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will carry out analysis at other local or national sites. On top of dealing with productivity and safety, you will have the opportunity to share best practices and ideas with our EU network, driving growth and improvement across the organization.
Requirements- A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
While not required, experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as proficiency in supporting tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access, are highly valued.
