Process Expert Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the Global Retail Management (GRM) process, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Business and Development teams to implement process changes, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and technologies.
- Proven experience in process management, with a focus on trade marketing and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
