We're seeking a highly skilled Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing to join our SPARK project team and play a key role in defining and implementing our next-generation sales and marketing processes.

About the Role

As a Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for harmonizing and standardizing our end-to-end sales and marketing processes across the globe. You'll work closely with our global template team and technical team to build a global solution template within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales and marketing processes that drive operational excellence and support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a global solution template that meets our business needs
  • Ensure seamless integration with our SAP system and Salesforce ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
