Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Expert Sales & Marketing to join our team at Atlas Copco Specialty Rental. As a key member of our SPARK project team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our rental sales & marketing processes in our new system landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform business process deep dive with Business Key Users to identify changes and carry out change impact analysis
  • Provide expert advice and make recommendations for changes in the organization and/or people roles, business processes, and workflow
  • Validate regional change requests and participate in the different phases of the next gen ERP project
  • Specify business requirements and review resulting specifications in collaboration with the technical partner
  • Lead activities required to secure a successful implementation of the future state processes
Requirements:
  • Operational experience with the quote-to-cash process
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or the ecosystems
  • Experience of working in a multicultural and international environment
  • Fluent in English, more languages a plus
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Project experience and/or Agile ways of working a plus
