About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving cultural transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruitment and Retail teams to implement workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Coach Area Retail Leadership in people management and development
- Support P&C Store Business Partners in identifying training needs and developing talent pipelines
- Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement and well-being
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership on performance management, succession planning, and organizational change
- Ensure compliance with people policies and advise on employee relations
- Work with works councils and trade unions to promote positive labor relations
- Lead organizational change initiatives and drive business improvement through data analysis and best practice sharing
About You:
We are looking for a proactive leader with strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive development and change. You should be adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and teams, supporting our HR initiatives with effective communication and a clear business vision.
A solid background in HR is essential, with experience in industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and distribution. Regular travel and visits to stores will be required. Your capability to manage change, coach others, and drive high performance will ensure your success in this role.
