Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital channels product area, encompassing online banking, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure these channels align with company objectives and meet the evolving needs of our diverse client base.
- Manage and implement digitalization strategies, with a focus on achieving targets related to revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
- Manage the delivery of digital banking services, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third-Party Payments, Wallets, and Automated Applications, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from conception to launch and beyond.
- Ensure products are innovative and meet customer demands.
- Lead and motivate the Digital Banking team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive team performance to achieve business goals and contribute to the growth and profitability of the digital channels.
- Review and evaluate existing processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency through digitalization and automation.
- Lead transformation initiatives that optimize operational performance.

- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform digital strategies.
- Recommend enhancements based on market trends and technologies.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for digital projects, ensuring expenditures are within budget and aligned with financial objectives.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the digital banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of working with Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams.
- Strong experience in managing online banking and mobile application services for both individual and corporate clients.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities in an international setting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate with various business stakeholders.
