Job Title: In-Room Dining Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our In-Room Dining service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance our In-Room Dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs, maintaining a high level of floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining.
  • Ensure service is within the standards of SLS Barcelona.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management.
  • +3 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Problem-solving & decision-making skills; analytical and highly detail-oriented.
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation, living the company's values.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
